Junior ADU Conversion of a Existing Garage

West Los Angeles, CA
Owner sought conversion of existing garage into junior accessory dwelling unit that would serve as both a guest bedroom and entertainment space. Architect opened up both the front and rear of the JADU to activate the side courtyard and rear pool. This created three separate entertainment spaces with the JADU as the nexus of all social activity.
