Project included the acquisition, restoration, renovation, and addition to an existing 1908 Craftsman Farmhouse.  Initial farmhouse was in disrepair.  Fortunate the original hardware, exterior, and interior trims were intact.  Scope of the work was all development, architecture, design, permitting, and landscape design.The addition consisted of renovating the attic into a Master Suite, making this home a 3 bedroom / 2 bath structure with a detached 1 bedroom / 1 bath guest house.
