Home grew from 1,000 Square Feet to 1,400 Square Feet.  Master Suite was added with a luxurious master bathroom and walk in closet to complement a large master bedroom with a volume ceiling and chandelier.

Exterior is designed in a modern take on the midcentury modern bungalows popular in Los Angeles around the 50's and 60's, including with the uses of screens reminiscent of the textile blocks of that era.  A custom parametric design was done on these screens to add a contemporary touch.
