Client is a developer who sought to renovate an existing duplex and convert it into a single-family residence. Existing four car garage was renovated and part of it was converted into an ADU studio. Architect designed a modern interior with all the high-end amenities while retaining the historic detailing of a traditional Southern California Spanish revival residence.
